Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate (Upstream/Downstream)

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our Manufacturing team in both Upstream and Downstream operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated biopharma environment and build a strong foundation in biologics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Upstream Manufacturing:
- Assist with cell culture processes, including media preparation, bioreactor setup, and monitoring
- Support inoculation, sampling, and harvesting activities
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
Downstream Manufacturing:
- Perform purification processes such as filtration and chromatography
- Prepare buffers and solutions
- Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and validation activities
General Duties:
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Document all activities clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality and Engineering
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Internship or lab experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings
- Basic understanding of GMP principles
