Job Description
- Defines, develops, and maintains a business oriented software and deploys new business process standards in SEP manufacturing sites. Provides expertise on Manufacturing solution and ensures End-to-End integration within existing Information System. Acts as the interface between the business and technical teams, capturing business need and translating it to a technical solution. Is a member of the eWInS (Electrical Wiring Industrial System) worldwide project.
- Provides day-to-day functional & technical support to the Business Units already deployed with manufacturing application (run mode) using SEP ticketing systems and monitors system alerts to anticipate any system malfunction
- Reports bugs to software development company or to other product owner peers with elements required for the analysis and with the right priority into their/our ticketing system
- Identifies Business Unit required evolutions that can impact Core Solution
- Supports Business teams during User Acceptance Tests and go-live phases
- Performs & maintains application set-up (including functional & technical settings)
- Defines and writes functional requirements based on Business needs
- Defines and writes functional & integration tests with the support of the Validation and Verification eWInS Leader
- Identifies and defines possible interfaces required with other systems
- Provides visibility and reporting to the eWInS support leader
- Escalates deviations and issues to the eWInS support leader
- Defines and communicates action plan, in case of any deviations to converge to the initial plan, to the project team and the eWInS support leader
- Enforces project quality rules and methodology
- Analyzes risks and defines mitigations to be validated by the eWInS support leader
- Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
- Regular, predictable attendance is required;
- Other duties may be assigned.
Compensation:
$80,000 to $94,452 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
