Swoon is hiring for our global manufacturing client in Decatur, IL and this will be an onsite position.

Position Summary
This role supports outbound shipping operations for finished products, ensuring accurate processing, shipment creation, and coordination across internal teams and external logistics partners. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient material flow and supporting both prime product and piece part shipping functions within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process outbound shipments for machines and components using SAP
- Support shipping execution for prime product and piece part operations
- Manage order processing and shipment creation to meet delivery timelines
- Perform inventory tracking and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Analyze shipment data and resolve discrepancies or process issues
- Coordinate rate requests and support transportation planning activities
- Collaborate daily with internal teams and external shipping providers to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within shipping and logistics workflows
