Manufacturing Process Engineer

I’m working on a retained search for a consulting business hiring 4 Manufacturing Consultants.

These roles suit high-calibre process, manufacturing, and industrial engineering professionals who have built strong foundations in steady-state, commercial manufacturing environments and want to step into a faster-paced consulting career.

You will drive improvement work across client manufacturing operations, solving complex process and performance challenges tied to yield, throughput, capacity, waste, scrap, cycle time, and operating efficiency.

They are particularly interested in engineers who have delivered measurable improvement in mature, stable manufacturing settings, where performance gains are typically harder won and where strong process discipline, analytical capability, and operational judgement really matter.

What they are looking for:

• Around 2+ years’ experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, operations improvement, or similar
• Background in process-heavy, steady-state manufacturing environments
• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Strong grounding in core engineering, maths, physics, and science principles
• Ability to lead projects, solve problems quickly, and build credibility on client sites
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week - This is a non negotiable - 4 days on clients site
