About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations within a highly engineered manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for driving production performance, developing employees, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safety, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved.



This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence over operational performance, team development, and long-term business growth


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, and delivery goals are met
  • Balance staffing, resources, and production priorities to support customer commitments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with quality, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and frontline employees
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to improve results
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and profitability
  • Collaborate across departments to address challenges and improve customer satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
  • Manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning, production scheduling, and Lean manufacturing principles
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is preferred
  • Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment and supporting shop floor operations
