Position Summary
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day human resources operations of the organization. This role ensures the efficient delivery of HR services, compliance with labor laws and company policies, administration of HR systems and processes, and management of employee lifecycle activities. The HR Operations Manager works closely with leadership, HR teams, and employees to drive operational excellence and support organizational goals.
Role is on site Monday- Friday
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management
- Lead and manage daily HR operations to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee employee records management and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Monitor and improve HR service levels, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Ensure smooth employee transitions and compliance throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Maintain employee data integrity within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
HR Systems & Data Managment
- Administer HRIS and related HR technology platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Payroll, Benefits & Compliance Support
- Own payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and vendor coordination.
- Manage compliance audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor compliance standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Finance teams to align HR operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR process optimization.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD) prefrerred.
