Job Title: Manager – Credit & Collections
Location: Nashville, TN (100% Onsite)
Duration: 9 Months (through end of year; low chance of extension/conversion)
Pay Rate: $35/hr-$37/hr (W2)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Interview Process: 1 Round
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal teams, and exhibitors to resolve late payments
- Reconcile bank deposits with sales/billing system (SMART) records
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of cash deposits
- Monitor aging reports and support collections strategy
- Support audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead and mentor a team (A/R & Box Office analysts)
- Partner with IT on process improvements and automation initiatives (AI exposure is a plus)
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of collections/A/R experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with sales billing and/or subledger systems
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Oracle
- Exposure to AI tools / AI-based process improvements

- Possible occasional travel (e.g., Los Angeles)
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
