Manager Credit and Collections [81590]

We’re seeking a Manager Credit and Collections to support a leading media company. This position is based on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to oversee accounts receivable and collection functions within a dynamic environment.

Manager Credit and Collections Responsibilities:

• Oversee the aging reports, identify high-risk accounts, and manage escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, legal teams, and exhibitors to resolve overdue payments.
• Ensure the collection process complies with SOX controls.
• Support internal and external audits and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Reconcile banking deposits with sales and billing records, ensuring prompt posting of cash deposits.

Manager Credit and Collections Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with sales billing and/or subledger systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle and AI learning tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
