Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead overnight operations, drive equipment reliability, and support a high-performing manufacturing team in a fast-paced food production environment.

Maintenance Supervisors:

• Assign and oversee tasts of the maintenance team D
• Ensure optimal productivity by ensuring equipment is maintenaned
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Supervise and develop Maintenance Technicians; provide performance feedback and training
• Create, assign, and close work orders using SAP; ensure accuracy and accountability
• Partner with Production to align maintenance priorities and maintain operational standards
• Identify and implement process optimization projects using TPM and Lean principles
• Coordinate utility outages, upgrades, and contractor activities
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and food safety standards (SQF, FDA, PMO); promote a zero-loss safety culture
• Conduct audits to ensure work is performed according to SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records, manuals, and inventory of parts and supplies

Candidates should possess:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability
• Understanding of TPM, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies
