The Maintenance Supervisor is to provide leadership and technical expertise in the maintenance executions, and maintenance work process, as well as engineering, projects, and plant services.
Organization Structure
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Coordinator who reports to the Maintenance, who reports to the Plant Manager as do the Procurement Manager, Mine Manager, Production Manager, Optimization Manager, Environmental Manager and Human Resource Manager.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Maintenance Supervisor, Under the direction of the Maintenance Coordinator leads & supports execution of Major and Specialized Maintenance jobs. Collaborate and participate in Operations and Process jobs, developing and executing Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activity programs, and providing technical support to Maintenance and Operations Functions in Continuous Improvement Activities.
