Maintenance Supervisor

Adecco is supporting a manufacturing client in the Farmington Hills, MI area in the search for a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift).

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced production environment. The right person will be leading a team while also jumping in to troubleshoot and keep equipment running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ensure equipment uptime and support production needs
• Drive preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement
• Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability
• Experience with PLCs and automated equipment preferred
• Comfortable working on the floor in a hands-on capacity

Details:

• 2nd shift
• Monday through Friday
• Base salary: $80K – $105K + overtime/bonus potential
