One person maintenance team for the property.

Currently highly occupied. Generally, maintains high occupancy.

Seeking an experienced candidate.

Staff composition:

Two-person office: Tenured Multi-Site Floating Property Manager and Onsite Assistant Manager

One-person Maintenance: Maintenance Supervisor

• Prior Maintenance supervisor experience required.
• One-person site experience is a plus but not required.
• HVAC certified a plus but not required.

Do you have maintenance experience? Have you previously handled maintenance requests for an apartment community with 100-250 units? Are you friendly and personable?
