What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
Coordinate maintenance priorities with production and operations teams
Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance records, and budgets
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
About You
Experience supervising maintenance operations in an industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Knowledge of furnace and/or molten metals operations preferred
Background in EHS initiatives and safety-driven manufacturing environments
Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred
