Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Tool Operator specializing in Lathes and Milling Machines, based in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves operating lathes and milling machines, maintaining high production standards, and adhering to safety protocols. The operator will be responsible for setting up tooling, calibrating and aligning parts and fixtures and turning/machining various metal and composite component according to specifications provided in blue-print and digital formats. In addition the Machine Tool Operator will be responsible for performing routine maintenance of the machines being utilized, and perform quality inspections during in-process machining. to ensure precision and consistency in production.
