We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist who can set up and run jobs with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level operator role — we are looking for someone with strong machining fundamentals, excellent judgment, and the ability to keep production moving in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
This position involves consistent overtime for the next several months, making it a strong opportunity for machinists looking to maximize earnings.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:30 AM start
Typical 9–10 hour shifts
Mandatory overtime - Approximately 4 hours on Saturdays

$33/hour
Responsibilities
Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
Work with Haas and/or Fadal CNC machines
Perform machine setup, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments
Edit programs directly at the machine (G & M code edits as needed)
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes for accuracy and efficiency
Maintain quality standards for precision aerospace components
Required Qualifications
5+ years of CNC machining experience
Strong hands-on experience with Haas and/or Fadal CNC mills
Ability to independently set up and run multi-axis CNC machines
Experience making control-level program edits (G & M code)
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision tools
Experience machining:
Aluminum
Stainless Steel
Inconel
Preferred Qualifications
Aerospace machining experience
Manual machining experience (mills, lathes, grinders)
Experience with Nickel alloys
Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving ability
Physical & Hiring Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
U.S. Citizen required (government/defense contract work)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a high-level CNC machinist who can handle their own setups, make machine-level program edits, and run multi-axis Haas or Fadal machines with minimal supervision. Experience machining aerospace components in aluminum, stainless, and Inconel is highly valued.
