About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics & Production Manager to support our growing apparel wholesale business. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our operational foundation by helping implement and manage an ERP system for inventory tracking, overseeing inventory movement and visibility, and supporting day-to-day production and logistics execution.
This person will work cross-functionally with internal teams, overseas offices, factories, warehouses, and logistics partners to help ensure product moves efficiently from production through delivery. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, systems-minded, and comfortable balancing both strategic process improvement and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation of an ERP system to improve inventory visibility, tracking, and operational reporting
- Manage inventory flow across production, warehousing, and customer deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and improve inventory records, shipment tracking, WIP reports, and other operational dashboards
- Monitor production timelines and logistics milestones to identify delays, risks, and issues before they impact delivery
- Coordinate closely with factories, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams on daily production and shipping-related matters
- Track purchase orders, production status, shipment schedules, and delivery updates across accounts
- Help establish more structured processes for inventory management, reporting, and cross-functional communication
- Support day-to-day operational needs tied to production, logistics, compliance, and order execution
- Troubleshoot shipping, delivery, inventory, and operational issues and help drive timely resolution
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide clear updates on inventory position, production progress, and logistics status
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in production, supply chain, logistics, inventory operations, or wholesale apparel operations
- Experience working in apparel, fashion, wholesale, or consumer goods
- Strong understanding of inventory processes, production tracking, and logistics coordination
- Experience implementing or working within ERP systems; ability to improve processes and drive adoption across teams
- Highly proficient in Excel; experience with ERP, PLM, WMS, or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both strategic thinking and hands-on follow-through are required
