Logistics Coordinator

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Demonstrated experience supporting international shipping and receiving
• Working knowledge of trade compliance, including customs regulations, export documentation, and Incoterms Hands-on experience with shipping label creation and carrier shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Job Description

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing domestic and international shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. This role requires strong knowledge of international trade compliance, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination, as well as hands-on experience with shipping systems and label creation.
