We are partnering with a highly regarded and expanding law firm to appoint a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney. This opportunity is suited to a lawyer seeking a sophisticated platform to further develop their practice within a collaborative and intellectually rigorous environment.

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on complex employment matters, advising and representing both private and public sector clients. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad mix of advisory and litigation work, with meaningful client exposure and the ability to contribute to high-impact legal strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple matters across all stages, from initial advisory through to resolution
• Advise on employment policies, procedures, and workplace-related issues
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic counsel on sensitive matters
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and restrictive covenant documentation
• Handle administrative proceedings and litigation involving employment discrimination, wage and hour, and trade secret matters
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support client relationship growth

Candidate Profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) with an active license in good standing in Missouri
• Approximately 3+ years of experience within a law firm environment, focused on employment and labor law
• Demonstrated experience advising employers across a range of employment matters
• Strong litigation exposure and sound legal judgment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management capabilities
• Ability to operate both independently and within a team-oriented structure

Additional Experience

Exposure to, or an interest in developing expertise in, traditional labor matters—including collective bargaining, union activity, and NLRB proceedings—is advantageous.
