Job Title: Labor & Employment Litigation Associate (Mid-to-Senior)

Location: Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (Hybrid)

Basic Salary Range: $240,000 – $360,000+ (Commensurate with experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a driven, high-calibre Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join an established Labor & Employment team. This role is designed for a proactive attorney who is ready to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation. You will join a sophisticated group known for providing practical, business-focused legal counsel and aggressive litigation defense.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing management in high-stakes Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
  • Defending employers against individual claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
  • Providing strategic advisory services on leaves of absence, employee accommodations, and workplace compliance.
  • Drafting and revising critical employment documents, including personnel policies, arbitration agreements, and handbooks.


Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California.
  • Minimum of 4 years of dedicated Labor & Employment practice experience.
  • Proven experience in Wage & Hour class action and PAGA litigation is strictly required.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage complex workstreams independently and provide client-facing counsel.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $350,000+ (Based on seniority and experience).
