Litigation Associate

An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Energy Litigation practice in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time position with flexible working (including remote days). Candidates should have 5+ years of litigation experience and hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions
• Experience with e-discovery tools and processes
• Excellent advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• A detail-oriented, organised approach with a strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Oil & gas / energy experience is preferred but not required

Compensation:

• Salary: $175,000–$200,000
• Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus
