We’re seeking a General Litigation Defense Attorney with expertise in defending civil and commercial matters who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in general litigation cases including civil and commercial cases from inception through resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and prepare case strategy.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and legal research while advising clients on risk exposure and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior attorneys to ensure excellence across deliverables.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the Pennsylvania Bar required.
• 5+ years of experience handling general litigation defense.
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, discovery practice, and trial preparation.
• Ability to take a case and run with it on your own.
