Role:
Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Compensation: $100K base + commission (10%-12% for cases generated)
Location: Hybrid or in‑office (near Lexington or Louisville)
What you’ll handle:
- Motor vehicle accident litigation
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and demands
- Working with expert witnesses
- Depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial prep
- Guiding clients throughout the litigation process
What they’re looking for:
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Kentucky Bar License
- Strong advocacy, communication, and client‑service skills
- Ability to manage ~50+ litigation cases
