Litigation Associate

Vernis & Bowling's Jacksonville, Florida office is growing and seeking a driven Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. This position supports our General Liability department. We represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds who aren’t afraid to take cases to trial.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
• Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
