Qualifications:
4-12 years’ experience as an Attorney in Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and/or Construction Litigation
The successful candidates will be self-motivated, decisively execute projects, leverage excellent writing and analytical skills, and enjoy working as part of a strong team.
The preferred candidates will have a record of achievement, have experience taking/defending depositions, and some trial experience.
