Construction Litigation Attorney

LHH is working with a full-service, multi office, AV-rated regional law firm is seeking a Mid Level Construction Litigation Associate for its Cleveland office. This role is unposted and a high priority search for the firm. Interviews are underway and other hires have been made for this busy practice! Experience can be a mix of construction and/or commercial/real estate litigation experience. The group handles complex matters on a national level.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Three or more (3+) years of law firm experience or pertinent in house legal department experience
• Experience in construction litigation matters, real estate and commercial litigation
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
• Experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact, party, and expert depositions; motion practice; and court appearances.
• Ohio bar licensure, good standing or ability to become barred
