Litigation Associate Attorney

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Litigation Associate Attorney at Wong Fleming. This position involves representing our Fortune 500 and other clients primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation matters. The candidate should have excellent organizational and legal analytical skills, proficient writing ability, flexibility in a fast-paced environment and be a collegial, team player with an understanding of the business interests of our clients and the firm. Our firm seeks candidates who have high standards for his or her own professional growth and ethical responsibilities, and can produce an excellent work product.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in NJ, NY, and/or PA
• 1 to 2 years litigation experience is required, 3 to 4 years litigation experience is preferred
• Experience in commercial and insurance law is a plus
• Strong research abilities
• Exceptional organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary pay range

• $80,000 - $135,000 per year
