Location: Los Angeles, CA

Work Style: Hybrid (3–4 days in office)

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 + Year-End Bonus

The Opportunity

  • Intentional Growth: New hires will work closely with senior partners in a collaborative environment specifically designed to develop associates into future firm leaders.
  • High-Stakes Litigation: The practice is focused on complex medical malpractice defense (75%) and unique general liability/premises cases for world-class sports and entertainment venues.
  • Active Advocacy: Responsibilities include drafting motions for summary judgment, conducting depositions, interviewing witnesses, and making court appearances (including periodic travel to Palm Springs).

Requirements

  • License: Active member of the California State Bar.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in personal injury or medical malpractice (defense or plaintiff).
  • Skills: Proficiency in legal research and drafting pleadings/motions (specifically MSJs).
