The Role

Commercial Litigation Attorney - Boston, MA - $225,000-$325,000 salary - 2-5 years+

This is an exciting opportunity for a sophisticated litigation attorney to join a highly ranked practice in Boston, MA, the firm are known for their exceptional client service and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in various stages of litigation including, handling written and document discovery; conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, and dispositive and non‑dispositive motions; taking and defending depositions; assisting with witness preparation; and supporting all aspects of trial preparation and strategy.

The firm are a well established AMLaw firm who are committed to delivering top tier legal services, along with a team of highly driven professionals specializing in all aspects of commercial disputes.

The Candidate

• Experienced 2nd - 5th year commercial litigation attorney from a comparable firm
• Sophisticated experience in Commercial litigation across different aspects
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in Boston
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
