A confidential, globally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Support Specialist to join its Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting a highly demanding shareholder and litigation team.

Position Overview

This position provides high-level administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys. The role involves managing cases from inception through post-trial, supporting document production, coordinating filings, and assisting with trial preparation. The position requires regular in-office presence and flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
  • Maintain attorney calendars and track critical deadlines
  • Prepare, draft, and format legal documents including briefs, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and execute e-filings in Federal, Circuit, and State courts
  • Organize and maintain case files in both electronic and hard copy formats
  • Assist with document production, review processes, and data organization
  • Prepare deposition materials, summaries, and trial binders
  • Support trial preparation including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and courtroom logistics
  • Proofread and ensure accuracy of all legal documentation
  • Conduct research and assist with analytical tasks such as summarizing transcripts and preparing memoranda

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation legal support experience within a law firm environment
  • Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and legal documentation
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems (iManage preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
