A confidential, globally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Support Specialist to join its Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting a highly demanding shareholder and litigation team.

Position Overview
This position provides high-level administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys. The role involves managing cases from inception through post-trial, supporting document production, coordinating filings, and assisting with trial preparation. The position requires regular in-office presence and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Maintain attorney calendars and track critical deadlines
- Prepare, draft, and format legal documents including briefs, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Coordinate and execute e-filings in Federal, Circuit, and State courts
- Organize and maintain case files in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Assist with document production, review processes, and data organization
- Prepare deposition materials, summaries, and trial binders
- Support trial preparation including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and courtroom logistics
- Proofread and ensure accuracy of all legal documentation
- Conduct research and assist with analytical tasks such as summarizing transcripts and preparing memoranda
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of litigation legal support experience within a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and legal documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems (iManage preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
