Job Details

Candidates should have litigation experience and knowledge of motion filing procedures, including efiling in federal and state courts. Requires proficiency with Windows environment, including Word, Outlook and other Office tools. Knowledge Practice Panther is a plus, but not required. Requires some flexibility to work overtime.

  • Provide administrative support to two or more lawyers
  • Answer and initiate phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
  • Proven experience as legal secretary
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology
  • Working knowledge of litigation management software systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Outstanding time management and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Legal Secretary/paralegal certification or diploma a plus, but not required
  • You will work under the supervision of an attorney and will also provide support in assigned legal cases
