Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate based in Great Neck, NY. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting in-depth research on legal issues, analyzing regulatory and contractual matters, and supporting legal compliance. The role also includes providing timely legal advice and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure business activities adhere to local, state, and federal legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law and expertise in handling complex Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal agreements
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret laws, regulations, and contracts, and to provide sound legal advice
• Effective Communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders and present legal information clearly
• Relevant certifications, such as a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, and admission to the New York State Bar
• Experience in real estate law or property management is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
