IP Litigation Associate – Boston
A leading AmLaw firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Intellectual Property & Trade Secret Litigation team in Boston.
The Role
This role offers hands-on experience throughout all stages of litigation, with exposure to sophisticated trade secret and patent matters.
� Responsibilities
In this role, you would be responsible for supporting and actively contributing to all stages of complex intellectual property litigation, particularly trade secret and patent disputes.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed legal research and drafting key litigation documents such as motions, briefs, and filings.
- Working closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-stakes IP cases across multiple industries
- Handling time-sensitive litigation matters, including urgent and emergency court proceedings
- Supporting trial preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing case materials
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of IP litigation experience (trade secrets, patents, or related areas)
- Experience at a mid-size or large law firm preferred
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

💰 Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $235,000 – $310,000, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
