A leading national law firm is seeking a talented M&A Associate to join its Transactions Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated U.S. and cross-border M&A transactions, with a strong focus on private equity deals for middle market and upper middle market clients.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex M&A transactions with increasing autonomy
• Work closely with partners, senior associates, and clients
• Handle private equity transactions and general corporate matters
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

✅ Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate/M&A transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience with private equity transactions preferred
• Ability to independently manage deals (“deal runner” mindset)
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school & active bar admission

💰 Compensation: $290,000 – $390,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market factors, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
