What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):
- Be the Tour Guide: Show off our beautiful property and help prospective residents envision their new life here.
- The Mastermind of Marketing: Get creative! Help us plan and host awesome resident events and represent us at local networking mixers. Find new and creative ways to help increase leads in our database.
- Leasing Expert: Help future residents through the finish line by guiding them through the application and lease process
- The Go-To Expert: Use your experience and technical skills to keep our records sharp and organized. Experience with Real Page, Onesite and KNOCK is highly preferred.
- Community Hero: Collaborate with our management and maintenance team to ensure every apartment is move-in ready and every resident is smiling.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Natural Connector: You have a friendly, approachable vibe and a heart for service.
- Detail Detective: You’ve got a sharp eye for data entry and ensuring compliance with property management policies.
- Problem Solver: You handle hiccups with grace, sincerity, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Senior Pro: Strong closing skills and experience in senior property leasing or multi-family is a must!
- Availability: You’re ready to rock a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
