Incredible opportunity to join one of the East Coast’s largest, award winning, luxury home builders. As an On-Site Leasing Administrator you will assist our Leasing and Community staff, as well as prospective home renters in our new luxury, amenity-rich community located in Chapel Hill.

As the initial point of contact, you will engage with prospective and potential renters through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.

WEEKENDS REQUIRED.

Below is a summary of primary responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming phone calls. Provide information, and/or direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet prospective residents and provide quality customer services
  • Provide information about the rental homes, community, and amenities, ensuring prospective residents feel informed and engaged.
  • Perform tours of building and units.
  • Receive general emails. Reply with information, and/or route emails to appropriate personnel.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Carry out administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining computer/manual filing systems.
  • Input daily data entry
  • Process daily and weekly required reporting
  • Assist the Leasing Manager with everyday tasks as needed
  • Training will be provided

Ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is REQUIRED
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • CRM Experience
  • Highest degree of professionalism at all times while on site.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with leasing and/or assistant community or property management is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Manning sales events when scheduled is also required.
