We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the successful delivery of ground-up multifamily and large-scale commercial projects exceeding $100M in the Miami market. This is a key leadership role with a company known for delivering complex projects, maintaining strong subcontractor relationships, and investing in its people.
The Opportunity
As a Lead Superintendent, you will take ownership of some of the most prominent projects in South Florida, leading field operations from preconstruction through turnover. You’ll work alongside a high-performing project team and play a critical role in ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale projects ($50M+)
- Develop and execute project schedules, ensuring milestones are met
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and sequencing
- Champion a safety-first culture and enforce all site safety protocols
- Maintain high quality standards and proactively address field issues
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers
- Drive schedule recovery plans when needed and mitigate risk
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in ground-up construction, including:
- Multifamily (mid-rise/high-rise)
- Large commercial/mixed-use projects
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $100M+
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage large, complex teams
- Deep knowledge of South Florida construction practices and codes (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Salary Package
- $150,000 to $200,000 Base (Depending on exp)
