Commercial Superintendent

A growing General Contractor in the Columbus market is looking to add a Commercial Superintendent to support a strong pipeline of commercial and multifamily projects throughout Central Ohio.

This company has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and employees. Their portfolio includes multifamily developments, mixed-use projects, and a variety of commercial construction work throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations on ground-up and renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards
• Work closely with Project Managers, ownership teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead site meetings and maintain jobsite organization and communication

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Background in commercial and/or multifamily construction
• Experience managing ground-up projects preferred
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
