About the Role
You will own the end-to-end S/4HANA Finance solution for Record-to-Report, including GL (Universal Journal/ACDOCA), AP/AR, Asset Accounting, intercompany, parallel accounting, and group reporting. Responsibilities include global template design and governance, fit-gap and blueprinting, data migration strategy, integrations with MM/SD/controlling, testing governance (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare. You will mentor functional teams, advise executive stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and S/4HANA best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the R2R workstream in S/4HANA transformations (greenfield/brownfield/SDT)
- Own global finance template design, standardization, and rollouts
- Design E2E S/4HANA Finance covering GL, AP/AR, AA, intercompany, group reporting
- Run fit-gap, blueprinting, solution design workshops
- Oversee finance data migration, cutover, and go-live strategy
- Define testing strategy (SIT/UAT/regression) and ensure audit/compliance
- Partner with finance leadership; mentor onshore/offshore teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years SAP Finance (FICO) with strong R2R focus
- Hands-on S/4HANA Finance solutioning (ACDOCA, parallel accounting, group reporting)
- Global template design and multi-country deployments
- Integration with MM/SD/CO and financial close/reporting expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership in large programs
