Position Summar

yThe Lead Requirements Engineer will own, architect, and configure the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) environment to ensure end-to-end traceability, robust configuration control, and comprehensive verification evidence. This critical role ensures full compliance with DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754A standards to achieve seamless FAA certification

.As a technical leader, you will provide strategic direction and training across the engineering organization. You will collaborate directly with PLM, Certification, Systems, and Mechanical Engineering teams to manage, deploy, and govern project and product configurations across multiple complex aerospace programs
