Lead Preschool Teacher

Insight Global is hiring Lead Head Start Teachers on behalf of a client of ours in the Columbus, OH area. This is a rewarding, onsite opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

You’ll play a critical role in preparing children (ages 3–5) for school success by delivering engaging curriculum, fostering inclusive classrooms, and building strong relationships with families.

• Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework
• Promote children’s development through structured learning and responsive care
• Adapt lesson plans for diverse learners, including special needs and at-risk populations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and licensing regulations

Must-Have Qualifications

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (with at least 18 ECE credits)
• 1+ year of preschool/daycare experience (ages 3–5)
• Ability to provide transcripts verifying education
