Role Description

This full-time, on-site Lead Preschool Teacher role is based in Annapolis, MD. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, developing and executing creative curriculum aligned with early childhood principles, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves directly engaging with children, collaborating with fellow educators and parents, and nurturing young learners to support their developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for early childhood programs
• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education principles and teaching methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and students
• Experience with Kindergarten-age children and a passion for nurturing young learners
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Prior experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is highly valued
• Relevant certifications, including CPR, First Aid, or child development training, are a plus
