Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Angular Technical Lead with 7–10 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience with Angular versions 13–16, strong software development expertise, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams. Experience in the Retail Banking domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high‑quality software solutions using Angular 13–16, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle—from concept through deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal impact on business operations.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends, incorporating improvements into the development workflow.
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into well‑defined technical specifications.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability across all application components.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, processes, and design decisions.
• Contribute to strategic technology planning to align development initiatives with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Angular 13–16 (or latest version) – Proven hands‑on development experience
• JavaScript – Strong proficiency
• HTML/CSS – Advanced expertise
• Leadership Capability – Experience leading teams and guiding junior developers.
