Lead Fullstack Developer

Title: Lead Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer who is comfortable working across both development and testing responsibilities. This role requires strong ownership, technical depth, and the ability to ensure quality across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Own and evolve the automation architecture for both functional and performance testing, including test frameworks and supporting infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions, including scripts, utilities, simulators, data generators, and API/interface testing tools for complex systems.

• Create and execute comprehensive test strategies across multiple integrated systems.

• Perform independent assurance and development activities across all phases of the SDLC.

• Identify project risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and communicate risks effectively.

• Actively participate in the collaborative resolution of defects, including root cause analysis of production incidents.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes and drive efficiency through innovation.

• Communicate testing activities, results, and risks clearly in both written and verbal formats.

• Demonstrate strong business domain understanding relevant to assigned projects.

• Ability to work on modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular, as well as Java-based backend services.

• Strong expertise in Java (Java 17 and above), including writing testable code with unit and integration tests.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and enterprise-grade software development practices.

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, including data persistence using JPA/Hibernate.

• Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, and code quality tools.

• Deep working knowledge of AWS, including:

  • ECS / EC2

  • IAM roles and security groups

  • DynamoDB

  • Event-driven architectures using SQS/SNS

  • Serverless services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions

• Strong experience implementing test automation, build automation, and configuration management frameworks.

• Coding experience with Python

• Familiarity with Spring Boot

• Experience with DocumentDB

• Knowledge of AWS Cognito
