Position Summary:

The Operational Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees while providing administrative and HR support. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Support

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning documents and distributing mail.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and conference room reservations.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and newsletters.
  • Manage employee ID badges and answer/direct incoming calls.
  • Support emergency response processes when required.


HR / Payroll Support

  • Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Maintain HRIS data and employee files.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR projects.
  • Process E-Verify, set up employees in the timekeeping system, and assist with LMS follow-ups.
  • Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, and company activities.


Work Environment

  • Office-based role involving routine use of standard office equipment; primarily sedentary with occasional filing or lifting of documents.
