Labor & Employment Senior Attorney

An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Senior Attorney to join its team in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience handling a broad range of employment matters.

The role will involve:

• Advising on issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination
• Handling employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Taking and defending depositions and participating in administrative hearings
• Drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong employment litigation and advisory experience
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• A detail-oriented approach and strong work ethic
• The ability to provide practical, business-focused advice

Compensation:

• Salary: $180,000–$200,000
• Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus
