Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Santa Monica office.

This firm offers:

  • Office type: Hybrid
  • Billables: 1750
  • Base Salary: $220K-$250K
  • Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance (additional compensation for hours over billable requirement and performance based bonus)
  • Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan
  • Work to include: transactional assignments, advice and counsel, internal investigations and litigation

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of Litigation Experience (strong L&E defense experience)
  • JD from an accredited university
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
