Compensation: $310,000 - $370,000 DOE

Qualifications:
- 6+ years' experience in Labor and Employment
- Preference for candidates coming from mid-to-large firms and top law school programs
- Strong job tenure and academic credentials
- Must have significant traditional labor experience (i.e., experience dealing with unions, collective bargaining, NLRB matters, labor arbitrations, etc.) and be capable of handling a wide range of traditional labor matters from day one in this role.
- Must have had meaningful responsibility for employment-related counseling, transactional drafting, and litigation matters (single plaintiff and collective/class actions), including issues involving hiring and separation, wage and hour, EEO, non-compete and trade secrets, employment policies, agreements and handbook reviews, due diligence for corporate transactions, employee accommodations and leave issues, investigations, and other employment law issues.
