The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its New Orleans or Lafayette office. This role offers the opportunity to play a significant part in a well-established employment law practice while working directly with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel.
Associates in this role are involved in all phases of employment litigation and counseling. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, pleadings, and dispositive motions, managing discovery and investigations, attending court conferences and arbitrations, and advising clients on employment-related issues. The position offers substantial client interaction and the opportunity to assume a leadership role on matters within a sophisticated practice.
