Details & Benefits

  • Compensation: $200,000 ballpark salary plus bonuses (commensurate with experience)

  • Billable Hour Requirement: no set requirement really, absolute minimum of 100/month

Qualifications:

  • 5-15 years’ experience as an Attorney with a focus on Labor & Employment Law (mix of Litigation and Counselling/Transactional)
  • Preference for someone with a small book who can bring business into the firm / refer to other departments but also assist on existing clients
  • Ability to lead a labor & employment practice, being able to prepare employment agreements and handbooks, as well as provide counsel to clients on L&E matters, AND also be able to litigate those matters, including DOL audits, etc.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
