What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience - ideally experienced in wage & hour, PAGA, discrimination, harassment etc.
• JD from a nationally recognized law school.
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where you apply.
• Strong analytical, writing, and business judgment skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: Flexible across U.S. offices, with preference for San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, New York or Arizona.

Compensation: Depends experience and the state you reside in. 235k-400k+
